Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Video 1: Randomly started punching me in public and in view of multiple NPCs because I was "too close to the Cordero estate". All of this happening within my NLR timer of the last time he killed me for absolutely no reason (not shown in AR)
Video 2: Randomly stabs me at the hardware store in front of both NPCs, I had no previous encounters with him since he had killed me in video 1.
Video 3: Randomly runs up to me and kills me at storage NPC".
Video 4: Runs up to me, crys about me making an ar, pushes me around for a while, stabs me and runs off.
