Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Lewis had a shotgun out for no reason and did not care how he expressed the fire-arm in front of me, even going as far as having it passive and telling me to walk away. When I found the chance to place him in cuffs safely I began to go thru the process of removing the illegal firearm, when I initiated a search; Lewis denied and claimed I ninja-cuffed him and what I did was not realistic when he was standing perfectly still and my chance to detain him was fair. I told him that while in cuffs he must consent to a search and denied. This player is a Senior Officer of the PLPD and I would expect much better behavior from them.

Near the end of the situation I got ran over by what I think is the firetruck leaving near the beginning of the video, logs should show who killed me.

Evidence:

"3.3 Realistic Actions"
"All actions a player makes must be done as realistically as possible, especially during combat; for example, when jumping up-to, or down-from somewhere, it must be done so slowly, carefully, and without resulting in injury to the player."

I'm afraid that cuff was not realistic nor was roleplayed correctly. You never told me to face the wall or put my hands behind my back just straight up cuff. 3.3 Realistic Actions states "All actions a player makes must be done realistically as possible" where was the realism in that?.

I Do admit to not consenting to the search in the video displayed but there we no active staff online so 2.6 was not available. This did not allow me to contact staff and continue with the role-play situation therefore causing me not to consent to the search. 2.1 Play realistically, in accordance to 3.3 No attempts was made to attempt was made to arrest realistically like every officer would do, they would pull there gun out and tell me or another person to face the wall, but this was simply not the case. The case was first detain him and pull my gun out OK.

But how that go about in real life? it wouldn't an officer cant simply turn around and cuff you no, instead if they saw a man with a weapon they would either ask if they have a permit (since they can be obtained) or tell them to put there hands up either weapon unholstered. The aim of the server is to make it realistic as possible by suddenly turning around and handcuffing me was in no way what would be presented in real life.

So in conclusion to this how in the hell would you handcuff me when A. I was facing you B. How would you suddenly pull my arms up and cuff me C. Why would you attempt to handcuff a man where you know your life is possibly in-danger. Basically i do think some mistakes were made on my half and his half.

I was the one who ran you over by accident, I tried to stop the car but for some reason the handbrake is shitty on the gmc especially on fully upgraded one. I tried to pick up John Doe when I ran you over however I did call a medic but one never showed up.

User will be warned for 3.4 - Risking 2 years in jail and up to $4000 fine as well as asset forfeiture for no apparent reason.

@James Davis
There was nothing wrong with the way you were cuffed.
Even if there were no staff available, you could've still made a report and an eventual action request, rather than refuse to give consent when you have to.
There are no permits for firearms in Paralake City. You should know this
