Why Should This Player Be Punished: I will upload a video later if needed, but it SHOULD be seen in the logs. These guys were running around city hall and shooting people who joined and just constantly MassRDM'ed, also just kept shooting the police constantly while trying to do their job and just driving around. They were literally SEARCHING the police just to kill them aswell. I'm not uploading rn as my Internet provider have given me like the worst internet(Cause they can apparently not give me better as my wires in this building is too old etc lol)

2 of the mass shooters are being kept at City hall in cuffs until staff actually ban these people. names is Harris Coffey @Thomas DeSimone and Jenovwitz Steins both mass rdming.
