Why Should This Player Be Punished: 2.5, User shot me without I was no threat to him, neither did I have any gun out. Player disconnected before mods could deal with the situation.

You were indeed AFK, i had no time to waste on you so it was a quick way to grab your gun. Obviously if you are AFK the only way i will actually be able to grab your gun is to kill you, i think i have done nothing wrong because i wanted to get in and out quick and the fact you were AFK disallowed me to do this. I had the same thing done to me like 30 minutes before you just have to deal with it, i know its annoying being afk and not being able to defend yourself but it is the way it works.

Therefore, I find these actions had a excessively negative effect.​
