Why Should This Player Be Punished: Evaded over a ticket and then thinks he's wanted in OOC and I then checked and he wasn't wanted. I clearly had no intentions to arrest him for a 'bank robbery' when I had my ticket book out because I saw him illegally parked. Me and him also saw each other a lot around the city and it was quite clear that he wasn't wanted, judging by me doing nothing every time I saw him. McYeke, you basically did your actions over assumptions, which I was banned for not too long ago.

I fully accept this.

I did wrong, i did come back to you to acknowledge my mistake and apologized to you, I eventually left as you dealt with two or three sweaters fighting and you never asked me to wait so i left and then dropped off the guys i was with and logged off.

I did try to "mend" the situation by returning and re-doing as i believed you knew as the guys in my car kept trying to drop hints and get me in a chase or arrested.

I apologize again.
