Here is a reply from Jack Peteson.

"Its funny how you add me on this one, just because i was there as a cop but here we go then. 1. You can clearly see i was All the way in the back 2. The second i saw you i ran behind the door, 3. You can very very clearly see in your recording when i moved to the side that i literally Only drew My gun when shots was being fired which IS allowed when you're shooting at cops, to protect myself.
So i never drew My gun before you began to shoot either way."

I pulled my gun on reflex and as you can see in the demo I pointed it away from him and said "ok" and was about to put it away, but I got shot down before I could. I only pulled my gun because I got scared and did not fire a single shot after I did

@Septocon don't pull your gun out when someone has you under gunpoint. Make sure you are familiar with rule 3.4 putting your life at risk
