Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Link thought it be a great idea to shoot at me for causing a verbal argument with his gang members which made Yasumichi decide I'd be a great idea to shoot me as well. Within the admin situation, Link or Usertwo outright lied to LiquidfiedCactus then claimed his Mother was going mad and was going to turn off his internet. He also stated that it wasn't him who actually shot originally, however after reviewing my demo and by using the drive function, I was able to identify Link having shot me with his Colt Python and eventually killing me with it. He then reconnected nearly six minutes later. I also feel that him timing out was intentional in order to avoid punishment.
When Yasumichi was asked to why he shot at me, he said that another org member was shooting. I don't feel as if this is a valid reason to shoot me either.
I feel that the two users deciding to shoot me clearly breaks rule 2.5 as I didn't really deserve to be shot over a verbal argument that I would consider as gang chivalry. It severely affected my RP as I lost my shotgun as a result.
I also feel that rule 3.4 was also broken as they shot at me in a public setting being the regal bridge/park/entrance which isn't that far away from the PD or the Bank. From what I can gather, I don't feel as if they would had gotten away easily as the whole area is covered by CCTV as well as the PD being very close.
