His/Her SteamID: I couldn't find his steam id, if a mod would be able to provide this info that would be great.
Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.26 I and some org members where mugging this person, and the police turned up, and even though the player was gagged, he shouted "Help Me" as I was dragging him to the back of the apartment, I was not sure why the police turned up, but I found out later on from one of his org members @chickenrappa that he was telling his org to call the police about him being mugged while being tied up (You can see this as he is often typing but we never see him say anything). He also didn't drop his items for a long while, if he had dropped all of his items straight away rather than stalling he would have been kicked out of the apartment and stuff would have gone vert differently. Him failing to follow these /me commands resulting in me losing a lot of items so I will be making a RR if this is accepted.
Note: For any staff that may want to check in logs to see if he did indeed call for help, This happened about 00:50 on 27/08/16 (Greenwich Mean Time)
