Why Should This Player Be Punished:
CONTEXT: I heard someone drop dead in Bazaar so I investigate. Marcus Hudson says it was him, so I cuff him for the time being. Then he say it WASN'T HIM but I kept him cuffed since he was acting weird. Keep in mind he was NOT BEING ARRESTED, BUT DETAINED FOR SECURITY.
Marcus Hudson tried running in a Bazaar Shop but I started dragging him. I lost him for a few seconds since he got stuck behind the shop after @zansaa pushed him in there, and therefore got stuck. Then the video should explain everything:

The video shows Marcus Hudson screaming "10 toes" even though he was not being arrested for anything. He was not warranted either. @zansaa then blasted me with a shotgun. I won't be making an AR on zansaa since it was Hudson who made the call.
I asked him why he shouted "10 toes" and his answer was:
