After reviewing the video we have decided that despite @kogaN whispering it was quite clear you understood what was happening by the fact reverie was standing still putting his hands up, you looked at @kogaN and still decided to pull your gun.

Due to the fact it was every heat of the moment no punishment will be issued however @Tinky make sure before reacting you check the situation as in this situation you ended up getting your friend killed in the crossfire.
