Auto Exec commands are not working

So I have had some issues with commands and then I fixed having white tops but mat_specular 0 doesn't seem to work when the other command is running and neither are the other commands in my exec.

My auto exec is located here:

I was wondering why the auto exec says loaded in the console but the commands don't actually activate.

What makes you think that the commands are not working?

Can you like type r_3dsky in console without the 1/0 and it should give the value,

besides why the hell are you using voice_loopback and fps_max 0, delete those two plss
