Server Suggestion Balance mayor role, make people want to actually be mayor

I think the mayor job is perfect as it is but what I think it seriously needs in short is to pay better, there should be like quests and goals you can fulfill for bonus money and it should take a long time to accomplish them, its kind of wild that you can be courier and make 6k in like minutes but as mayor you're gridlocked to just small shit. There should be like budget goals and stuff. IDK im just rambling but most of the time I spend on the server there is no mayor
