Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.4, 2.5 - Causing problems in OOC. Whilst in a raid user shot a zip-tied civilian that was a not a threat to them.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I’d like to start off to admit full responsibility for acting like a child in OOC , what I was saying had no ill intent but was usually just me starting arguments because I was bored while waiting for my black screen to be over or while I was in jail , I understand that this is annoying for not just the admins , but people actually trying to use the OOC for its actual purpose and I apologize , this will obviously stop because I truly didn’t realize how much of a problem and a annoyance I was causing . I also want to explain not my reasoning but thought process of when I shot the dude in zip ties ( even though I’m 100% in the wrong ) we pull up and counter the raid killing 2 of the raiders , we still had no idea if their were more raiders inside , I peak and not to make excuses but I was very tired and not really paying attention ,I see the guy in zips and the way his hands looked from my pov combined with other factors like his positioning it looked like he was holding something ( atleast in my autism ridden brain ) due to me not being able to see that area ( where the item would of been held ) due to the slide door blocking that part of their body , I took a chance and presumed he had a gun and shot and after I realized he didn’t I realized I fucked up and I could most likely made much more profit if I just paid attention for a singular second . Again I now understand that it’s my full responsibility to determine if someone is a actual threat and again not decide to shoot someone unless I’m 100% positive they are armed , although I knew this before I still took a chance and it didn’t play out , but you live and you learn I apologize to the person I shot even though they were trying to start a argument in OOC after the fact .
