Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.6, 2.5, 3.4, 3.20 - User apparently raided the Police Department with several others for no apparent reason, apparently ganging up multiple people to help PD raid someone who was in jail, but apparently there wasn't no one in jail. Fails to respond to my admin created report despite moving around at the time, then proceeding to try to go up to a on-going shootout with a firearm out. -- Was meant to be confirmed with other players demo as this person disconnected, but they all too disconnected. Probably all involved fucking around. Contact me to have this ban reduced from permanent to justify your actions.
Why should this appeal be considered?: ok 1 I was trying to break my friend out of jail, I drove around and tried finding help to do so and I did. I found three others to help me break my friend out (fried Hsing), I didn't raid the PD for no reason. 2 I did not see a message or any alert that popped up when the admin sent me a message, I'm sorry I didn't respond I would have if I had seen it or known it was there. as for the others I was with when I tried breaking my friend out of jail they were not a part of anything until I asked them to help break my friend out. they only helped me once, so for them they only went in the PD 1 time to help me that's it they should not be perm banned. and I don't think I should either. I didn't know trying to break in the PD to get my friend out was that big of an issue since I see everyone else doing it all the time.
Additional Information: I'm new and I barely have 3 days in this serve and I really don't want it to end here i will do better. friends name is (fried Hsing) steam (kpvg_shots)
