Why should this appeal be considered?: So I was messing around with a friend I was going to pay the people so was Og for the cars ive seen people do this before and not get a Perma I get how wrong it was to do and i don't plan on doing that again i do still plan on paying the people we wronged if we get unbanned. I play a lot and I think people like me and I try to help new people and have fun
Additional Information: i plan on giving all my money away if i get unbanned to the people who's cars got blown up
