Why should this appeal be considered?: Id like to say that whatever I said in the shout box to constitute a permanent ban from it was most likely out of order and whatever problems I caused I am sincerely sorry for them. I promise not to start flaming people in the shoutbox again and hope i am able to receive a second chance
