Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.4,1.2 - User was driving around as a taxi driver using racial slurs, when confronted in a sit the user denying using these slurs despite me watching him at the time. Also failed to provide the demos requested after 24 hours. - Extended to permanent due to constant misbehavior. Promised to stop this behavior in his last apology.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi, I am making an appeal because its nearly been 3 years, I'm sorry for being a not nice person I understand the new rules and will follow them. I have missed PERP and want to come back and slot into the community. If I am given another chance I will be very thankful and abide the rules.
