Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi Admin,

I wanted to make an apology for actions that have occured on Janurary 26th 2025. Me and another player got into an altercation that got out of hand. It resulted in me blowing up his shop with a C4. I have never used an explosive so I wasn't aware of how strong they were. Me and the other player both did things out of hand, but that doesnt accuse my actions I did. When I blew up his shop I also accidentally killed him as well as 5 other of there ORG members. I realize that what I did was overkill and not super realistic. I was upset in the moment so I did it out of frustration but didn't realize It was going to kill everyone in the area. I wanted to apolofy for these actions that affected both the roleplay's and admins time. I always enjoy playing this server and realized over the past couple months how I was in the wrong. I have reviewed the rules and am working on making better choices in RP siutaion. All I ask for is forgiveness for my actions. I understand there must be punishment. I look forward to playing the server again and hope to get a lesser sentence.

(involved) I just want to make a statement on his 3rd apology just to get my opinion across on this as i was the main person involved when User Enderzag bombed a shop full of innocent players. He knew the power the timed explosive had and the intent he used in order to perform it, he lied to the admins saying i started shooting him before he placed it but i started shooting him once i witnessed he had placed it and got stuck on the explosive in the corner of the shop in a prevention attempt as i knew the damage it would cause to not only myself but the 5-6 other uninvolved players inside the shop. He was killed because he shot TV's and was being excessively negative because we were trying to enjoy a show and craft, he used NLR information to bomb the shop as he even stated when he said he was "angry" we had killed him for him continuosly minging, shooting TV's before and after i made the threat of me killing him into play, he continued and died than used his NLR past life knowledge to allow for him to bomb the shop.

He lied not only to me but to the staff involved in handling this report and appeals such as Oddy who did a fantastic job handling the situation when it happened, keeping myself and others updated and not worried about any further threat that he might have intended to do before his ban. He has appealed every month taking into consideration how he feels but not apologising to the players experiences that he played against when he bombed my shop, one that took effort to set up and look nice as a communal place which the mayor and others who had been killed enjoyed to talk in, i personally do not forgive him and the other members involved agree alongside me when i say that. i think as the person affected most by his decision to bomb the shop and the lies he than decided to make up i think he needs to be patient regarding his ban.

It's literally me verse your entire org. I admitted I was wrong. You have yet to admit you were wrong for constantly setting me up to get killed by your ORG members.

I have 30+ days playtime on the server. I am not a troll your just still mad for whatever reason even though you molotoved my shop and destroyed everything after I bombed your shop.

If you want an apology to fine. I was going to give you one anyway whenver I got back. I don't want any beef with you or the Caretakers because frankly, I don't care, This whole situation is over me shooting your T.V because Tony threatened to kill me which ticked me off. Tony than started placing Pumpkins in my shop telling your org member I was stealing pumpkins and than having them come kill me. I than got upset and blew up your shop. I NEVER used explosives before this. Besides A Carbomb ONCE , my time playing as been crafting and leveling up and making shops. You know this, SO I am sorry for shooting your T.V. I was upset about being threatened but I shouldnt of shot it still because it involved Miss Mae, Trisha Wilma and whoever else was there, who had nothing to do with it. So I am mostly sorry to them. I am not sorry you threatened me and I shot your T.V. but I am sorry I blew up your shop. I was upset but in all reality I don't care because its a video game. You are still human though so I am sorry. I was a caretaker before in the past and never had any issues with them till this situation

Please do not disable the thread commenting because I do want to work this out with all of them. I don't like having beef with people especially if we are both playing the same game together. I generally want to resolve this issue, I understand why I was banned. I deserved to be banned 100% but if your here on my feed to we might as well hash this out while we are here.
