Why were you punished?: Failure to report a rulebreaker
Why should this appeal be considered?: First of all I want to start by apologizing for my all mistakes. I am aware of my mistakes and I promise not to repeat them. If i notice to any rule breaker i will report, also i will address previous violations of the rules and prevent them from occurring again. After 2 years i really want to play perpheads, also i think 2 years was enough time for me to realize my mistake.
