Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply to a police officer's orders while under gunpoint. The user pulled out a gun which resulted in a shootout. // Extended due to bad record for 3.4
Why should this appeal be considered?: My first appeal was a little adventurous and i thought i could get off easy so i want to begin by apologising for that appeal. I have understood that all my previous actions have led up to this length of a ban and my failure to keep a clean record and a promise with a staff member, it is me who has put myself here and i am taking the brunt of it by missing out on playing.
It has officially been 1 month and 4 days (35 days) since i was banned and i write this as my last hope in some leniency so i can go back to playing perphead's sooner. I do greatly apologise for my actions and it may seem like that means nothing but i am satisfied that i can come back to the server with greater restraint and knowledge than month's prior.
I hope this finds you well and you can too see that i feel i have had appropriate time off the server and am now ready to make a good lasting impression by following the server rules and enjoying the community with others, without ruining it for others.
