Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5 - User unloaded into a car that was leaving the vicinity of his orgs base after they called out a suspected raid.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I know what I did was wrong. There was no confirmation on a green tesla, but i saw a KOS and saw guns on the back of a car retreating which at the time i thought was KOS, which was a stupid KOS on my behalf as there was no confirmation of who was raiding (called by an org member). I want to apologize to the group involved in this situation which lead to a shootout. I have just came back and still rekindling with rules. I have now read over them and I see them in a more clearer light. I did get called for KOS but i now know the more explanatory meaning of a KOS when it comes to raids and information given. And how they should be more given to make these things clear before i act on them.I want to apologize to @Aquaa and anyone else who lost anything in this situation as admittedly I did fuck up on my behalf. I saw KOS in org chat and i acted on it. I hope you guys can forgive me for this as this was a honest mistake on my behalf and re-reading the rules and especially with this ban has made more things clear to me.
