Why should this appeal be considered?: I didn't know that I was under 3.4, I had a similar situation a month before and I just assumed it applied. I apologise if I was wrong and I hope you can understand how it seemed from my perspective. I wasn't trying to break rules but in my defence I had 2 other org members sat inside my apartment and I didn't think I had to follow 3.4 as his gun wasn't pointed at me, it was pointed at them as they were in a shooting.
