Why were you punished?: 2.5,3.2,3.4, 3.29 - metagaming heavily with spedicey99, highway running, randomly shooting in the air and constantly flashing his firearm including in front of an officer multiple times, attempting to kill the mayor for no reason, calling names above people heads, not here to roleplay properly as previous warning also refused to read the rules
Why should this appeal be considered?: My bad should told the admin i was dyslexic and that is why i couldn't read the rules i believe i was roleplaying within bounds the presidential assignations was a joke and didn't know high way running was bad

all was good in the hood until i had forget i had turned the safety off spedicys gun when we entered a dispute over which gun was who's and i threated to shot him
gun went off which killed him instantly was so remorseful i cried
