Why were you punished?: 1.6,2.5: Disconnected without replying to a report, Slashed someones tires during a "Riot" against the Mayor. There seemingly wasn't a reason for them to do this to a random civilian.

I sincerely apologise for not replying to a report, because I haven't seen that I got a message as I was AFK, because I was in the prison and I was playing a different game and I forgot to disconnect from the server, later I just opened garry's mod and ALT+F4. I slashed one of the tire of the car, not all of them, because he ran me over with his car, he haven't apologised me or offered any help + there was a protest. About not replying to a report again I sincerely apologise, I just haven't seen the message.
