Why were you punished?: I mugged and ziptied a player with my friends at suburbs storage

Why should this appeal be considered?: Me and my friends are new to the server we joined a few days ago. I had already joined a few months back but only started playing few days ago. We didn't know that the storage place was a safe area, we actually didn't know that it was a place to store your items until an admin told us. We also ended up not mugging the person because we couldn't figure out how the zipties worked. I am very sorry for what happened and we hope we can get unbanned because our holiday is almost over and we will not be able to play on the server as much. I'll also provide the steamIDs of my friends that also got banned but if nothing can be done I understand. Again, I apologize for this situation, me and the others had a close read through the rules and I can assure you that we will be following them completely despite a few run-ins in the past few days.

Thank you for the apology and as a result, your ban has been lifted. It's very important to read the rules thoroughly as future rule breaks may result in harsher punishment against your account. As for your friends, for their punishments to be considered, they will need to appeal just like this.
