Why were you punished?: 2.8 - User mentioned sex numerous times in-character and out of character, suggesting inappropriate content.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I suppose this is a combination of an apology/appeal?
I do regret my usage of adult themed jokes even if simple passing are not permitted within server rules due to the ease of access of children to play the mature themed game that some self moderation is required for some topics, even if I happen to be of age to discuss or joke about it.
While I understand my actions are in violation of rules in the server, some of this comes before even my 1 week ban for my behavior in OOC.
I have been ever since this ban trying to keep my behavior in OOC and toxicity IC in check to keep things from piling up on my record.
I believe the age of some of this being months old should warrant some leniency. I've been heavily trying to get back into this game and grow my org back to where it was since the circus in my last major punishment ordeal. I'm just here to play the game.
Additional Information: In the logs given to me by captain, it shows org chat under "7th Ward Killers" which tells me some of this stuff is at least 1-2 months old.
