Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User pulled a gun under direct gun-point, shooting their mugger

Why should this appeal be considered?: Hey, I got banned and it was quite reckless of me to shoot the guy but I already had my gun out, I understand that I was meant to surrender but raw instinct took over and I shot the guy down. I believe if I already had my gun out and was ready to use it, I find it unfair on why it wouldn't be allowed for me to use it. But anyways, to the person I shot, the mod and to the server, I'm very sorry

Additional Information: I love perp, but I can only play on weekends so I have a very limited time of playing

The problem is you did not already have your firearm out. You've had two warnings / bans for this same exact incident. Your ban lifts in 6 hours, I hope you understand the difference between having your firearm already out when getting mugged and not having your firearm out when getting mugged because from what I saw and what you're saying, you are wrong.
