Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Approached an unsecure shootout in the woods whilst shooters were still in the area, resulting in their death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm new to Gmod and more serious roleplay as a whole and I've had trouble adapting to rule 3.4 but lately I have started understanding it a lot better until yesterday when I made a bad decision to check out a neighboring property that was raided thinking the raid was over with my friend. I had forgotten to bring a gun just incase anything happened and was only armed with a baseball bat and ended up getting killed as there was still a raider hiding in the forest. I'm sorry for breaking 3.4 yet again but I have taken this as a learning opportunity to always stay armed checking anything recent out (where there is no police activity anymore of course)

I am grateful that you took the time to apologise, but as per our discussion on Discord, I spent a great deal more time dealing with this than was necessary given that you disagreed with mine (and the other player's) recount of the events and the whole demo situation that we don't really need to get into again here. I think that given the amount of time it took, my ban length was more than lenient, so I am afraid I would prefer you wait this one out.
