Why were you punished?: failed to comply to gun when easily could've, driving car into wall at 54 mph
Why should this appeal be considered?: I had never realized that the dude that had me and my friend at gunpoint was talking to me, it looked from my pov that he was just talking to my friend therefore i shot at him thinking i was in the right. but for the driving the stolen car, i shouldve read the rules more carefully and looked into it before stealing the car, never knew it wasnt allowed to crash the car accidentally, I was under the intention that it int matter because how much it happens to me and my friends, never realized that was in the rules. Very sorry for my actions thank you for your consideration.
