Why were you punished?: I was punished for 3.4
Why should this appeal be considered?: First of all, I sincerely apologize to the person where I didn't put my hands up, for it wasn't my intention to break rule 3.4. I have been banned so many times for this rule that I know not to break it, but still, I broke it. The reason that I broke rule 3.4 is that I was completely in shock when he came with his gun in front of my car. I thought he would mug me, so I asked what I did wrong. He said nothing, and after that, he said Put your hands up so I responded You can't mug me in a public place because I thought he was mugging me. But he came to seek revenge for his friends because a few minutes earlier, I had hit their friends at the casino. I drove off and they followed me to the front of the bazaar, but one of his friends jumped out of the vehicle and he died, I think. So he came out of nowhere, and I went into shock when he pulled a gun on me. I know I have been blessed for a 3-day ban, but I didn't mean to break the rule, so I want to apologize for my dumb action. I hope you understand what situation I am in because I froze and couldn't think straight because the guy came out of nowhere and I thought he was mugging me in public. So I will say for the last time, I am so sorry for the actions I did Daan and the person who killed me. It was not my intention. Also I know what I did and hope that my ban can be reduc ed to wensday at least if that would be possible if you want to punish me still.
