Why were you punished?: 1.6, 2.5, 3.2, 3.4, 3.5, 3.20, 3.21. The player killed 5 people without a valid reason while entering his NLR regions multiple times, he confirmed this himself and this was confirmed in a demo by Oddy. While he had an open report with me he dodged the questions and failed to fully answer, he waited long whiles in between answering and answered very short. While not answering the reports I witnessed him killing himself twice, once in the city park and once in the intersection. Both of these situations got innocent people involved due to his life alert. I also witnessed him asking a new player to RDM him aswell. While the reports on him were still open and the situation was still being investigated he disconnected from the server. In another situation killed a freshly spawned new player for seemingly no reason aswell. Just got back today after a 1 week ban with similar infractions.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I want to start by apologizing to the staff member I ignored and the community members whose roleplay I ruined that day.
Looking back at the ban reason, I fully accept that my behavior was unacceptable. At the time, I was not taking the server seriously and acted out of frustration/immaturity. I realized too late that "dodging" questions and disconnecting (LTAP) only proved I wasn't ready to be part of the community at that time. I understand now that the staff were just doing their jobs to keep the server fun for everyone, and I wasted their time and patience.
It has been 9 months since this incident. Since then, I have taken a break from Garry's Mod/RP. I have been following the recent updates to Perpheads and I genuinely miss the depth of the roleplay here. I am writing this appeal because I want to come back with a fresh mindset, strictly follow the rules, and engage in the high-quality RP that the server is known for.
I am asking for a second chance to prove that I can be a positive member of the community. I am willing to accept a probational period or a character wipe if deemed necessary.
