Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - While his friend was being arrested for 5 years, the user decided to gunpoint a Police Officer to release him. This resulted in a shootout with the police and his death incredibly soon afterwards. Longer ban due to atrocious record for 3.4.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I wanted to apologise for my horrible mistake. i thought if i had a 6.5 sentecne with max of 5 yrs i could have broken my friend out without killing the cop which whould mean i would be breaking law 9.4 with a max of 4 years. I am now totally aware that my friend has to be 7yrs + to be allowed to be broken out. its totally my mistake and this wont happen again
