Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User was beating a medic for no reason. // Extended by Tilin for: 2.5 - User harassed a player at Bazaar, punched them, insulted them for no apparent reason and searched for a reason so the player would gunpoint them, in order of them to seek revenge, by kiling them.

Why should this appeal be considered?: So, about the medic part i'm really sorry about it was in a heat of moment where i was dying slowly I really had no reason to punch him and i'm really sorry about that. But, about the extended part i'm quite lost in that part because I didn't kill him and about the insult part we have some long disagreeance between us and you could call it ''Beef between us'' the punching belongs to that same category because I was trying to intimidate him to see what he is capable of doing to me and I really didn't expect him to gunpoint me and start threatening me I would have expected for him to start insulting and fisting me back.

But, overall i'm sorry for everything I did at that day I had a bad day.

Additional Information: Perpheads is the only good gmod server left in the game so please consider this appeal to unban me or atleast shorten the ban, and a final sorry.

1. I didn't gp you i was gping sm1 in your vicinity who was making weird comments IC

2. You literally pulled a gun out on me and shot me whilst I was driving away

3. This "beef" is 1 sided as your last ban prior to this was regarding you targeting me ramming me and all other prior interactions with you have been you being weird in ooc towards me or being a weird/disruptive person IC for no reason I can even think of tbh.

4. Hitting someone to see what they can do to you is literally the point of 2.5 as your baiting and harassing people for no actual reason besides being (in the nicest way possible) a dick and nothing else.

1. Yes you did, you gp the 2 or 3 of us with your gun to not get any closer.

2. Of course we shot you because you threatened us with your gun prior to the shooting.

3. Say what you say about the beef part but you know deep in your soul its true. And about the ramming I wasn't even targeting and didn't have the energy to appeal because the ban was only 3 days. ''weird/disruptive person IC'' and about this part I have nothing to say about because the only thing I have thats ''disruptive'' is that I called you a femboy OOC from which I got blacklisted for 24h by Bolli? That's all about this part.

4. About dick part that goes bothways and I wouldn't call that baiting but if that upsets you I am sorry about that and I will promise to not be doing that again.

But yeah I dont have any evidence execpt expect my mates testament about the situation so I can tag for him to tell his perspective of the situation at the bazaar shop/parking his IC name is John Vituts and steam Kindajep.

The main point of the ban extension isn't that you killed him after he gunpointed you.

The point is that you harassed the player at Bazaar, waiting to get a reaction out of him, then mowed him down after you got a reaction by being incredibly annoying and punching him.

So, I may have been a bit annoying and all that and punched him a little but he also had no reason to pull out a gun and threaten us in public space he was only badly injured this could have been handled IC with cops. And again the point wasn't to get a reaction out of him that just happened I don't really know why he pulled out a gun, he could have called the cops to go ticket/take us away for assault. That's all I have to say so atleast consider lowering the ban if nothing thanks for replying.

Usually if people do stuff like this to me I go with it and try to handle it so much in IC as i possibly can if that doesen't work and it goes over the line, yeah just then I might make an F6.

This is a completely valid reason for him to pull a gun on you and tell you to leave him alone after you attacked him for absolutely no reason whatsoever.
