Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.5, 3.20 - User broke NLR and returned to the area he died to mingegrab a M24 and disconnected after storing it after he heard he was wanted for it, didn't wait 10 minutes after committing a crime.
Why should this appeal be considered?: my grandmama was about to die so i need to say good bye D: and i dint now my nlr was there im sorry
