Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 4.1 - User as a police officer ran over people, killing two people and kept driving, claiming he didn't hear or see anything due to his bad PC and wifi.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Sincere Apologies for what I have done. In recent times, things have been tough such as money. I have a lot of issues with my PC and WiFi, because of this, I had major amounts of lag bombarding my screen and can't do much about what had happened. It is my fault and I do feel bad about wasting people's time. But due to the continuous lag, my sound does cut out very often so I could not have been able to hear the sound effects which were occurring at the time of the incident. Unfortunately, I can't do anything about the lag nor can I do anything to help with my PC or WiFi considering the bills exponentially rising. I very much enjoy the Perpheads server and am new to the Police Force, and studdied the rules carefully, I attempted to turn to an emergency in the zone and was in a rush. Sincerest apologies once again to the victims of the incident and to the admin(s).
Additional Information: The individuals appeared out of nowhere so I had the smallest reaction time possible to stop before hitting them.
