Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 3.9 - User placed down a prop in the middle of the intersection during a car pursuit which ended up in his death and another players car to tier.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I am sorry for placing down that prop in the middle of the intersection. it was late at night for me and i wasnt used to staying up at that hour so often. it was totally my fault and i made a mistake. i am also sorry for the guy i tiered the car, i can even offer money as soon as i get it from PD. even if he fixed the car.
