How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 3 Days

Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint and decided to insult the person with the gun instead. Ban due to warning for this exact thing yesterday.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I will not deny that I broke 3.4 during both of the reported instances, and for that I apologize. While I do not personally believe that I was directly insulting the aforementioned player I do sincerely apologize for any offense I may have caused. I will ensure that I do better in the future and conduct myself in a more respectful manner.
Additional Information: On a side note, I believe there was some oversight with the previously mentioned warning. I was not made aware by any member of staff that I was receiving a warning for breaking 3.4 yesterday. I am aware that this does not change the fact that I was given a warning, however I believe a better attempt at correspondence would have been appreciated.
