Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi, Ellie I came to apologize for breaking the rule 3.4 because it was a bad decison for me and should have not done it. He was my friend that was mugging me so I got quite confused and felt betrayed by him as we were helping him on a chop chop mission and then started being mugged and didn't know how to act to this. As said am sorry.
