Why should this appeal be considered?: I would like to start by saying sorry for running away under gunpoint by multiple police officers and not complying. I know that not seeing a gun was a valid excuse. I know that this is still not good reason to break 3.4 but in the situation i had forgotten about 3.4. I apologise for the rule breakage and will pull my self to not break 3.4
