Why should this appeal be considered?: I broke 3.15 and 4.1, I was aware of what I was doing, I was aware it was against the rules and was truthfully just acting like an idiot and fucking around and not being serious at the time I didn't see it as an issue as I didn't believe it was that severe but now I understand especially after looking back at the clip yep I should not of done that, I apologize to the player whos Red Mini I rammed into and I apologize to the server for not being serious in those moments as roleplay is something I also strive to maintain and disregarding everyone else's experience around me was idiotic.
In regards to the 1.6, I genuinely with saying it was a demo restart to you did not intent to mislead you or purposefully manipulate you I am fully aware of 1.6 and would never do that I was just making stupid statements in /ooc for the sake of being stupid even when you asked me if I wanted to stick to that story I responded saying "idrc im not making an appeal" because it wasn't supposed to be a real statement and I had no real intent.
I am fully aware of how easy it would be to tell thats a lie I wholeheartedly was just talking shit in OOC and if there was an F6 or you brought me to a sit about the issue because you where just invis in the area I assume at the time and I realised it was a serious thing the first thing I would have said would be that I was not being serious, handed you whatever information was necessary and not lied.
I am not disputing the 1.6, you are perfectly within your right to slap this on at the end but I would just like to make it extremely clear that was honestly not my intent, if it was my intent I wouldn't be here making an apology and instead of telling you "idrc im not making an appeal" Id be making an appeal and lying.
I am sorry about this genuinely, I would love if you could reduce it back to a warning given the context on why I said it was a demo restart not being a serious statement. Even a longer blacklist because I truly did know what I was doing and am familiar with the rules I broke and was when I was breaking them, if anything the 1 day you originally gave me was super fair, just not a ban please
