Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.20 - Disconnected whilst unconscious to avoid arrest.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I heard shooting in the underground so I went down and pulled out my gun for a quick second.
I then saw it was a cop shooting so I put the gun away and ran away.
He followed me into the hospital where I was hiding and flashed the room and killed me.
I thought it was my friend in the underground getting shot by another player (not a police.)
After this I had to go to work and I was unsure on how long medics would take.
I don't think I would have been arrested as I hadn't committed any crimes.

Additional Information: I have no recent bans and it was just bad circumstances and poor judgment of my time keeping.

Next time make sure you have enough time to commit to the roleplay situation you end up in.
The only reason you could have been arrested was for law 7.6 and law 7.5 which is a very short sentence. Which could have happened unless you articulated that your friend was in need, in which case law 2.2 and 2.1 makes you exempt from law 7.3, 7.5 and 7.6 for the period the situation takes place.

Your ban has been reduced to 1 day however, try not to do this again.
