Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi, im still pretty new to the server and dont know, I don`t know exactly what im banned for as the only reason listed was cheating and there was no explanation before it occured. I would assume its to do with the last RP that occured when i got into a car chase with the slowest car known to man and after swiftly ramming it into a sign i attempted to evade the police on foot, and in a moment of panic boarded a boat on the pier, in my panic i sliped into the water and i knew i was busted, before i could shout for my surrender a 1000 volts hit my wet body and fries my brain, making me spazm in the water, i start to panic, screaming for help and begging for mercy, the officer put cuffs on my struggling hands and attempted to lift me out of the water but dropped me back into it, then with my hands tied and me already exhausted from treading water, my legs started to give out the deapths of the lake were grabbing me and i could do nothing but stare up at the moonlight hitting the water as the police man casts a shadow overlooking my miserable end. Upon looking back on it i can see that it may have looked like avoiding arrest but i geniunely couldnt swim when i got cuffed, just wanted to try and RP. I think that considering im still pretty new and it is my first ever offence a permanent ban is a bit harsh, especially when my side never got heard. Having said my side i do appoligise and can see why what i did was a bit dumb. Ive enjoyed playing on the server for the last week or so and would like to do so in the future so im not asking,im beggin and im pleadin for my ban to not be permanent, i think more fitting punishment would be a timed ban + time served upon return to the server unless my lawyers can talk you down to no time served but with mandatory litter pick duty around the city.
