Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The user refused to follow orders given to him under gunpoint by an officer and decided to drive away.
Why should this appeal be considered?: The reason i got banned for is because i obviously failed to comply when under gunpoint of a officer, however i don't really think that 1 week, such a long time is really deserved on this following ban case. I had 2-3 People actively punching my vehicle near PD so when i got out i held out a HK-45CT pistol for about a second in order to get them going away from my vehicle not even actually hurting anybody too.
quite literally 3-4 seconds later a police officer came by seeing them continue punching my car for absolutely no reason, when 2-3 of them literally were actively yelling around "he has a gun, he has a gun!" hindering me from actually trying to explain myself imo.
and the cop at the end ran back to his vehicle so that's why i drove away later on as stated in the punishment reasonings.
I personally don't really think that 1 week on this is deserved as i really didn't even hurt or shoot anybody, all i was doing is holding my gun out for a literal second trying to get them away from vehicle.
