Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 3.5 - User as a taxi driver gambled at a Bazaar casino, they never specified over or under and was given their buy in back, later on the taxi driver went off duty and paid another guy to kill the casino manager even though they weren't scammed as they claim to have been.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I am sorry for the actions, i was pissed for being "scammed" on my end i clearly said "high" in the casino and rolled 74, apparently it didint go trough even tough i tought it did, so i ordered a hit on him after quitting my job as taxi (i didint know theres type of nlr after quitting a job) and paid the guy, wont happen again im sorry.
