Why should this appeal be considered?: I am extremely sorry for my actions which resulted in my ban and creation of an AR by the effected player. I have thoroughly read though the rules which were in-conjunction with my ban as well as various others which I felt I needed to review due to my hiatus from PH.
I have created this Apology/Appeal as I would like to take the opportunity to say how sorry I am to the player effected and express my want to re-join the server as I feel as though I have had adequate time to review the situation and study the rules which lead to my ban. I should have known better. - I am all for quality and well-thought out RP, so I want to return with a fresh outlook and work towards a better future on the server.
I believe my rule-break was linked to the fact that I have only recently returned to the server following the release of V6. Understandably that is not an excuse but rather that I needed to (and have during my ban period) brushed up on the current Rules & Guidelines, especially ones surrounding raids and reasonings to kill under certain circumstances. I promise that it will NOT happen again, I am extremely remorseful.

Additional Information: I hope you are able to understand my outlook and observe that I have actioned reviewing the rules as well as taking time to reflect, I am really missing being on the server and would be very grateful if this could be considered as I would love to be able to start a-fresh tonight or tomorrow morning.
