Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi,
I want to sincerely apologize for my actions that led to this ban. After looking back on the situation, I fully understand that I broke the rules, specifically 3.4 (FearRP) and 3.18.
Under 3.4, I should have valued my life when I was being held at gunpoint. Saying anything that could be seen as calling for help – like “I’m getting robbed” – was not the right thing to do, and I understand now why this was a rule break. In that moment I should have stayed silent and just followed the orders given to me.
Under 3.18, I also broke the rules by storing items while being threatened. This was a clear mistake, and I see why it is unfair in roleplay. If someone has a weapon on me, I should never be accessing my storage or trying to move items.
I completely accept responsibility for these mistakes. At the time I wasn’t thinking clearly, but that’s no excuse – the rules are there to make the RP fair and realistic for everyone, and I failed to respect that.
I really enjoy playing on this server, and I don’t want to cause problems for others or ruin anyone’s experience. I will make sure from now on to fully follow the rules: if I am ever held at gunpoint again, I will just comply, not touch my storage, and not say anything that could be seen as a call for help.
I know my record isn’t the best, and I regret adding to it with this situation. I hope I can be given another chance to show that I’ve learned from this and that I can play properly without breaking the rules again.
If possible, I would kindly like to ask if my ban could either be lifted or at least reduced. I completely understand if that’s not possible, but I wanted to show that I take this seriously and that I am committed to doing better in the future.
