Reason for Appeal:
Hello, I’d like to appeal my 4-day ban issued by Gelle. I believe the situation that led to my ban was misunderstood and would like to explain my side.
During the incident, I shot one person because I genuinely felt threatened by their actions. They were following me and acting suspiciously, and in that moment I thought my character’s safety was at risk. My reaction wasn’t meant to break any rules or cause issues — I just acted on instinct, thinking I was defending myself.
Looking back, I realize I could have handled things differently. Instead of resorting to shooting, I could’ve tried to avoid them, contacted the police, or used another RP option. I take responsibility for that mistake and fully understand why the situation may have looked like RDM from another perspective.
Since then, I’ve re-read the PerpHeads rules, especially around valid use of force and player interactions. I understand them better now and will make sure to act within those limits from here on out.
I really enjoy playing on PerpHeads and appreciate the RP environment the staff maintain. I’m asking for my ban to be reconsidered or shortened, as I’ve learned from this experience and want to continue being part of the community while improving my roleplay behavior.
