Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User whilst under gun point decided to pull out a weapon which led to their death. And 12.5 (I think)

Why should this appeal be considered?: I have read over the rules and wasn't aware that I couldn't provide crowbars for a raid but then I picked them up, I see where I went wrong here, I understand why the gunpoint thing was wrong I was stupid to ask why as it was an obvious gunpoint and asking why was an unrealistic thing to do in the roleplay scenario. I understand what I have done wrong and won't do it again in the future although I was already banned by 3izu for the same rule but in a different scenario, which is what confused me. But I understand why I was banned and hope to be unbanned as the summer holidays are coming to an end and after long days of practise I like to come and blow off some steam after practise. I do genuinely enjoy the server.

Additional Information: Even if you can't supply a full ban renew I would be a happy if you reduced the time taken.

This time wasn't different, I understand that, I won't do it again and if I will be honest I would put up my hands it was a stupid thing to do and my mind reacted that way, I have no excuse but the only thing I can give is an apology and a promise to never do it again. I may sound like I am bluffing but I thought 3.4 was fighting back under gunpoint, I have properly read the rules adn gte it nwo. Thank you.
