Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Headline
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 3 Days

Your Steam Name: Harry
Your Roleplay Name: Jamie Kent
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:59977455

Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User aided the escape of a random person that was about to be let go having no idea what the player was being detained for. Afterwards, the user shot a police officer after they shot at their vehicle to disable it whilst he wasn't going to be arrested for 7+ years innitially.

Why should this appeal be considered?: With my mental disabilities I have which I don't want to get into I misunderstood the rules a bit and dealt with the admin sit in the wrong way.

I understand now that I have asked collier about the rule trusting his knowledge as the Head Administrator and I apologise to the staff member for prolonging the situation and carrying it on

Additional Information: Scene of incident

2 people was getting arrested for a mugging gone wrong at roadcrew

These 2 people I knew by earlier we was helping each other out and we was chill with each other

I rolled up on scene as the cop was arresting them and I told them to get in the car that is when 1 of them managed to get in and the other dragged away so I started to drive off where the cop mag dumped my vehicle because I need to reverse to get out of the zone I was in I could not risk my car getting destroyed I got out and killed the cop who was shooting at me in my vehicle and then I drive off now I am sure that my car will not getting destroyed.

I thought I could kill the cop for these reasons

- I got shot at by him whilst reversing

- Prevent my escape vehicle from being destroyed

- I didn't know the cops intentions (Was he shooting to kill me?)

----------------------------

Staff Situation

I was arguing with the staff member because I thought I was right because of the confusion with the rule

-----------------------------

It seems that you've put more effort into excusing yourself for not knowing the rule than actually apologizing for the rule break itself.
As such, you'll just have to wait this one out.
