Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.2, 3.4, 3.18 - User said a slur, escalated a situation by shooting a firearm with cops on scene and stored his firearm in view of said cops.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I have had a year to cool off, I no longer use racial slurs, and also I feel as though I was a friendly player when I was on. I won the lottery my first day on and gave it all away lol. I really just come on here to socialize and work in the bazaar because I find it fun and have met cool people.
I feel like this ban was a little exagerated at first, but also I did not know I had previous warnings so that is my bad, I didnt know the game was this in depth or even had a forum until now actually either.
However I do apologize for what I said, and would like to play again, I have read the forums and know the rules now, i doubt anyone remembers me but i feel like i was a positive influence to the community when I played, as I had helped new players sometimes get started so i doubt this will be an issue again.

Additional Information: I got banned right before xmas and I was a bit upset because I wanted to play during my time off, if i remeber correctly that is what escalated the situation but the slur and the police were seperate things i do believe. I was caught saying the slur as a joke after being in a police issue, which doesnt excuse it but maybe just explains the situation a little more
